Cultural, Heritage & Transformational Travel Planning
1. Dream It. You’ll tell us what you have in mind through our Experience Request form. We’ll ask a few questions about your plans, preferences, budget, and what would make the experience exceptional.
2. Let Us Take It From Here. We’ll review your request and confirm what we can bring to life. To move forward, you’ll submit a $500 Experience Design Fee, which will be applied in full to your confirmed booking. From there, we’ll take care of the planning, recommendations, and details.
Private Experiences - How Does It Work?
3. Review & Approve. You’ll review what we’ve designed and tell us what you love or what you’d like changed. You’ll have up to two rounds of changes included. Once you approve your plans, we’ll secure the arrangements.
4. Live It. We’ll keep an eye on the arrangements we’ve made and be on standby during your travels if you need us.
You’ll pay all booking costs directly to our travel partners and will be subject to their payment and cancellation terms. The $500 Experience Design Fee is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed with booking.
