Q: What’s the difference between a Travel Advisor, Planner, and Director?
A: Advisors and Planners (or Designers) focus on designing, coordinating, and managing the details of your travel experience. A Travel Director provides elevated oversight for complex itineraries and destination celebrations. They oversee on-the-ground delivery, manage real-time logistics and vendor teams, and ensure that every element of the guest experience runs smoothly. Directors are often present on-site for select journeys or events to provide seamless, personal coordination.
Q: What are the benefits of booking with you when it’s so easy to book online?
A: Booking is the easy part. Knowing what’s worth your time, what fits the way you like to travel, and how the details should come together is where we come in. Our experience, global network of pre-vetted partners, and human point of view help you make informed choices. You decide what feels right; we take care of the details.
Q: What fees can I expect to use your service?
A: A $500 Experience Design Fee is required to begin planning. Once your trip is confirmed, the full fee is applied toward your booking. Should your plans change and you decide not to proceed, the fee is non-refundable. For Members, the Experience Design Fee is waived.
Q: Is there a minimum budget requirement for your services?
A: Our private travel experiences typically begin at $5,000 per person, excluding airfare. We specialize in creating quality experiences that typically involve 5-star accommodations, top-tier private guides, and private activities.
Q: How involved do I need to be in the planning process?
A: For hosted travel experiences, we will take care of all the planning process for you. But, for private experiences, it is completely up to you what level of involvement you want to have. Whether you want us to take care of everything or be involved in every step of the process, our aim is to make travel planning stress-free and enjoyable for you.
