Local Experiences 

Booking Policy:

  1. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the selected experience.

  2. Booking Confirmation: Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation. 

  3. Detailed Itinerary: Your detailed itinerary, including activity schedules and meeting points, and any additional instructions will be shared with you via email 7 days prior to the scheduled experience.

  4. Minimum Age Requirement: Participants must be of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages for experiences that include wine tastings.

  5. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: Participants must inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.

  6. Fears, Phobias, and Medical Conditions: Participants must inform us of any fears, phobias, medical conditions, or other required accommodations at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience to ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made by participants more than 14 days prior to the scheduled experience will receive a full refund minus any applicable processing fees. Experiences canceled with less than 14 days notice are non-refundable.

  2. Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an experience due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participant numbers, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

  4. No-show Policy: Participants who fail to attend the scheduled experience without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy:

  1. Data Collection: We collect personal information provided by you during the booking process solely for the purpose of facilitating your selected experience and ensuring your safety and comfort.

  2. Data Security: Your personal information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel involved in organizing and conducting the selected experience.

  3. Data Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

  4. Opt-out Policy: You have the option to opt out of receiving promotional emails or communications from us at any time.
